These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dream Pilot ("we," "us," or "our"), a fundraising event management platform operated at app.dreampilot.org. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
To use Dream Pilot, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to use Dream Pilot only for lawful purposes related to nonprofit fundraising, event management, and organizational activities. You may not:
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Dream Pilot, including event details, sponsorship materials, guest lists, and branding assets. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, including logos, photos, and text.
Free tier: You may create events and generate asset previews at no cost. Free accounts include watermarked assets and limited functionality.
Paid plans: Paid plans unlock full functionality including live shareable links, export features, and advanced management tools. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing and plan details are available at app.dreampilot.org/pricing.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Dream Pilot allows organizations to collect sponsorships, donations, and event-related payments from their donors and supporters. These payments are processed through Stripe Connect and routed directly to the receiving organization's connected Stripe account. Dream Pilot does not hold, custody, or distribute these funds; we facilitate the payment as a technology provider.
Tax deductibility. Whether a payment to a receiving organization is tax-deductible depends on that organization's own tax status (for example, whether it is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity) and on applicable law. Dream Pilot makes no representation that any payment processed through the platform is tax-deductible. Donors and sponsors should consult the receiving organization and a qualified tax advisor.
Receiving organization's responsibilities. The receiving organization is responsible for issuing any required donation receipts, complying with applicable charitable solicitation and tax laws, and providing accurate information about its tax status to donors and sponsors.
Dream Pilot allows you to connect third-party services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, and donor management platforms. When you connect these services:
We strive to keep Dream Pilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
The Dream Pilot platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Dream Pilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Dream Pilot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
